The CRA has requested public input on Phase 4 of their extensive SR&ED policy review.  The documents currently open for feedback include:

  • Pool of Deductible SR&ED Expenditures Policy
  • Recapture of SR&ED Investment Tax Credit Policy
  • SR&ED Claims for Partnerships Policy
  • SR&ED Investment Tax Credit Policy
  • Total Qualified SR&ED Expenditures for Investment Tax Credit Purposes Policy

Please provide any comments or suggestions on the clarity, readability and completeness of these policy drafts by November 5, 2011 to [email protected].
