As President, Rakesh provides TSI with exceptional leadership and vision, bringing over 10 years of SR&ED management and claim preparation expertise.  With a background in food science, Rakesh holds a B. Sc. and has a wealth of experience working in the food industry.  He has consulted on hundreds of SR&ED claims in a variety of industries and provides mentorship to the TSI consulting team.

With a long tenure in the taxation group of a major Canadian banking institution, Beverly works closely with our VP of Tax to manage the operational aspects of TSI's accounting group.  Responsible for corporate tax planning and claims management, Beverly ensures our financial operations follow a disciplined process, helps provide clients with an understanding of the tax and accounting principles behind SR&ED filings, and assists to guide clients through any applicable CRA financial audits.

With over 13 years of diverse experience in process, product, and business development, accomplished via roles in production, account and engineering management, Lucy’s expertise provides TSI with a cornerstone in the manufacturing sector. Her career as a Professional Engineer has included work in the industrial, electronics, coating technologies and aerospace sectors.

Within aerospace, she was considered a site expert on CGP (Controlled Goods Program) and AS9100 at a multi-billion dollar multinational organization. In addition, she has led large scale cross-functional SR&ED claims that involve participation from laboratory, test, process and product groups.

Lucy possesses a degree in Metallurgical and Materials Science from Queen's University, which, when coupled with her industry experience, enables her to provide practical and effective strategic guidance to clients from a wide spectrum of industries.
