National Research Council Announces a New Digital Technology Adoption Pilot Program (DTAPP)

The National Research Council (NRC) announced today that they are introducing a new Digital Technology Adoption Pilot Program (DTAPP) to run from now until March 31, 2014.

This program is designed to accelerate the rate at which small-to-medium Canadian businesses adopt digital technology and build digital skills.  DTAPP will assess and measure the outcomes of digital technology adoption on the participants' productivity to utilize this knowledge and successfully transfer practices and lessons learned to other SMEs in the broader community.

Companies who are incorporated, have 500 or less employees and are looking for opportunities to adopt digital technology as a way of increasing productivity are invited to apply.  The funding available is in the form of a grant, and may be delivered through a combination of financial assistance and advisory services.

For more information on the DTAPP program, please contact Tracey Wills at TSI at (905) 738-6770 Ext. 2200.
